Open MRI

The patient – oriented Hitachi Altaire MRI System provides the ultimate comfortable environment during an MRI exam. This is an award-winning open gantry design, with an asymmetric, two post architecture that provides easy access from all four sides and offers a patient friendly, comfortable, non-claustrophobic environment.

This open design easily accommodates anxious, pediatric and larger type patients up to 500 lbs.

This spacious open gantry also provides the healthcare professional with the opportunity to directly attend to the patient from all four sides. There is also a comfortable padded table for you to lay on, additional cushions and pillows to make this experience as pleasant as possible.
